Forest Hill Fit club is exercising

Fit club meets every Monday afternoon. Fit club is a structured, hands-on way for children to learn proper nutrition and the form for performing different physical activities such as agility ladders, lunges, and shuttle runs. We also focus on eating healthy and eating nutritious, non-processed meals. We teach specific lessons on how our bodies process food to create energy that we need when we are doing yoga, running, lifting weights, or learning new exercises.
